Below is our transparent pricing for mobile notary services in Reno, Sparks, and surrounding areas. All fees comply with Nevada state law: $15 for the first signature on an acknowledgment or jurat, $7.50 for each additional signaturewithin the same document, $7.50 for oaths/affirmations or certified copies, with travel fees capped at $15/hour (6 a.m.–7 p.m.) or $30/hour (7 p.m.–6 a.m.), minimum two hour charge. **Note there is a 2 hour minimum at $15.00 per hour from (6a.m.-7p.m.) and $30.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum for both standard or after hours (7p.m.-6a.m.) After 2 hour minimum time will be pro rated.

For your convince, I offer mobile notary services at your location. In addition to standard notary fees ($15.00 for the first acknowledgment signature, $7.50 per additional signature on the same document), I charge a travel fee based on the time of your appointment.

• Daytime (6 a.m. - 7 p.m.) $15/hour, with a standard 2 hour- minimum ($30.00 total)

• Overnight (7 p.m. 6 a.m.) $30/hour, with a standard 2 hour- minimum ($60 total)

• Travel Fees: Standard hours (6 a.m.–7 p.m.). Minimum 2 hours ($15 standard, $30 after-hours) After hours (7p.m.-6a.m.). If extra time is needed, time will pro rated after the 2 hour minimum.

• To secure your appointment for Mobile Notary, please call or text (775) 382-8226. A 2- hour travel fee is required as a non-refundable deposit at booking (rate varies by time of day). This deposit locks in your time slot and covers initial travel.

• Remaining balance (notary fees + any additional travel time) is due at the time of service.

• Payment: We securely process payments through Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. No cash or checks accepted.

• Cancellation Policy

  • Mobile Appointments: The 2-hour travel fee deposit is non-refundable, except if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, in which case it will be fully refunded within 48 hours (may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank statement).

  • If I must cancel your appointment (in-office or mobile), your deposit will be fully refunded within 48 hours, with the same processing timeframe.
